This short flat tubing disconnect creates a secure, removable connection point for tubing assemblies, making it easy to separate sections of bumpers, roll cages, or racks. It provides quick access to engines, spare tires, and other vital components without requiring permanent disassembly.

CNC‑machined in‑house from 1018 mild steel, it features a compact short length ideal for tight spaces and close placement near tube bends. The radius‑cut ends allow welding at any angle, making it suitable for configurations where standard disconnects will not fit. Two 3/8‑16 socket head cap screws secure the halves, with both fasteners accessible from the same side for simple installation.

It works reliably on SXS, UTV, Jeep, tube buggies, and other off‑road vehicles, offering both structural strength and fabrication flexibility.
