Dimple dies, also known as flared-hole dies, add strength and rigidity to sheet metal panels while shaving excess weight. All of our dimple dies are CNC-machined from the highest grade domestic materials available. Each die starts life as a solid billet of high-grade domestic steel.  After CNC-machining to exacting tolerances, each die undergoes a thorough heat treating process to ensure optimal hardness level. Finally, each die is coated to protect your investment in a high quality tool. Our dimple dies are backed by a LIFETIME WARRANTY, which guarantees these are the highest quality dimple dies on the market! Note: Dimple Dies are rated for a maximum sheet metal thickness of 3/16″ Mild Steel and 1/8″ Chromoly.
