Built from precision-designed steel frames and rugged textile materials, these doors create a secure, sealed cab that keeps out wind, dust, and trail debris — without compromising the open, utilitarian feel of your UTV.

The doors use ¾‑inch (0.75″) tubular steel frames that are CAD‑engineered with 3D-scanned geometry for a tight, custom fit around the Ranger’s Pro‑Fit cage. This frame gives the doors structural integrity and strength but supports quick, no-fuss installation — there’s no need to cut or drill into your body panels.

Each door panel features UV-resistant PVC-coated heavyweight polyester textile, paired with optical-grade PVC windows for long-lasting clarity and flexibility. Around the door perimeter, a full automotive-grade EPDM foam gasket compresses tightly to the cage, reducing water, wind, and dust intrusion, while making the door feel more solid when closing.

The latching system is a major upgrade: a two-stage double-rotary latch provides strong, dependable engagement with minimal effort, while the recessed exterior handle protects against snags when maneuvering through tight terrain. Both the interior and exterior handles are designed ergonomically, and the latch system is built from glass-filled nylon for ruggedness.

For ventilation and visibility, the doors use a 3/4 window design — the upper window section has dual zippered pulls, letting you open them to multiple positions for airflow without interfering with shoulder restraint bars.  The lower window section gives extra visibility, especially helpful when working in tight or brush-filled terrain.

Operationally, the door skins are removable: the upper and lower pieces separate, and the pinned hinges allow the entire door to come off in seconds – no tools needed. There’s also a built-in handle to help pull the door shut easily, and an integrated window‑roll storage pocket that keeps the rolled-down window neatly tucked away.

From an integration standpoint, these doors accept Seizmik side‑view mirrors (various part numbers) using built-in brackets. They’re also compatible with most OEM roofs and windshields, giving you flexibility in your build.
